Perishable Items (Meat, Fish, Produce, Dairy)

  • Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, all sales are final.

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted once these items leave the store, except in cases where the product is found to be spoiled or damaged at the time of purchase.

  • Any issue must be reported immediately upon purchase or delivery.

Packaged & Non-Perishable Items

  • Unopened, unused, and undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once the return is approved.

  • In case of card payments, please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.

Exceptions

  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items are non-refundable.

  • No returns without proof of purchase (receipt).
